Whether you are looking for a creative outlet for yourself or a fun activity for a young “blooming” artist, one of the new Art In Bloom studio classes for fall should bit the bill.
Next week a new series of classes will begin for fall. There are two different sessions scheduled, each lasting four weeks, leading through mid-November.
Blooming Artists Studio is for young artists ages 6-10 who are excited about the multitude of ways that art can be created. We will work with paints, pastels, embossing metal, printmaking and more. This class is offered at two different times of the day for those children who need an after school time slot as well as those who are home schooled and looking for a class during the day.
Tweens and Teens Studio is for artists ages 11-16 who already have a strong interest in art and would like to learn drawing and painting techniques in even more depth.
Experimental Water Media is designed as a class for teens and adults, beginning and experienced, to relax and unwind. Techniques in both watercolors and fluid acrylic paints will be used on a variety of surfaces.
Class sizes are kept small and the sessions tend to fill quickly. At this point I have a few spaces open in each session. You can follow this link to the Studio Art Classes page of the Art In Bloomblog for more information. Please give me a call if you have any questions. 810-227-9500.
