Flower girl and bridesmaid’s hoops replaced the traditional bouquets for Mara & Devin’s July 3rd wedding.
It has been a busy summer wedding season and I have enjoyed working with each and every couple who have entrusted me with their florals!
Mara asked for a bright pop of color and a “just picked” garden design for her bouquet.

The trend toward outdoor ceremonies has made designing so much fun. There is such a feeling of success when the last touch is added and I can step back and take a few photos.

Maddee’s requested a wildflower inspired bouquet with a focus on blue-green foliage.
Ashley’s favorite flower is the peony. As the day went on, the blooms opened more and more.

My assistants and I have created and set up two weddings per weekend since the end of May. We now have a couple weeks to regroup and refresh and then we’ll be back in full swing starting September 1st with more wonderful couples and gorgeous fall weddings! Please email me if you would like to check availability of a 2019 and 2020 wedding date. I would love to meet with you!
Mary and Greg were married on April 7th at St. Elizabeth’s Church in Tecumseh. The bridesmaids wore wisteria and the men were dressed in black and white. They were a pleasure to work with and I thoroughly enjoyed designing their wedding day florals!
At our first consultation, Greg made it clear that he would like to add his own touch to the wedding decor and I always admire a groom who gets involved in the details. He is a pheasant hunter and provided feathers to incorporate into their wear and carry flowers.
Greg’s boutonniere~ ranunculus, a spray rose bud, seeded eucalyptus and a few of Greg’s feathers.
Mary’s bouquet~ roses, lisianthus, ranunculus, stock, seeded eucalyptus and waxflower.
The reception was held at The Sheraton, Ann Arbor with centerpieces that were both low and high.
