Floral Design Workshops

Workshops are a great “experience gift” for yourself and/or a friend!

Looking for a creative outlet for yourself and a small group? Art In Bloom in Livingston County offers custom workshops in floral design. Tracey Flanigan, artist and owner has been in the floral industry for over 30 years and formerly taught art with Brighton Area Schools. Her passion for teaching matches her love of all things creative and floral.

Art In Bloom has a teaching space that will accommodate up to four participants or Tracey can bring the workshop to your space with a max of eight students. Pricing will range from $80-150 per student, depending on the workshop topic and material list and age group. Tracey will provide a variety of options for you to choose from to suit your needs.

Succulent Centerpiece

Saturday, January 17th 11am-1pm

Using a combination of fresh flowers, unique foliage and succulent plants, you will be coached in the design aspects of a centerpiece and multiple uses for succulents when the arrangement is gone.

Spring European Garden

Saturday, March 7th 11am-1pm

Welcome spring scents and colors into your home by designing your own indoor garden with flowering bulb plants (crocuses, tulips, hyacinths, daffodils), fresh branches and stems, mosses and more. This arrangement will last for at least a month and the bulbs can be stored and planted again in the fall. This workshop is perennially one of most popular!
